1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Leo Technology ("we," "our," or "us"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Reservation Policy

All reservations at Leo Technology hotels are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation request.

2.2 Guarantee Policy

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel, room type, and rate plan. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

2.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, you will be considered a "no-show." No-shows are typically charged for the first night of the reserved stay.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In Time

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Check-Out Time

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out may be available based on room availability and may incur additional charges.

3.3 Identification Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Some locations may also accept cash or debit cards.

4.2 Incidental Charges

At check-in, we may place a hold on your credit card for incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar, and damages. This hold will be released upon check-out if no additional charges are incurred.

4.3 Taxes and Fees

All rates are subject to applicable local taxes and fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5. Hotel Policies

5.1 Smoking Policy

All Leo Technology hotels are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in non-designated areas may result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.

5.2 Pet Policy

Pet policies vary by location. Please contact the specific hotel directly for their pet policy.

5.3 Damage Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leo Technology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of data, loss of income or profit, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your stay at our hotels, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability for any claim, including but not limited to negligence, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your stay at our hotel.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
